Uneventful Day

Today was a rather normal day. Took the kids to school this morning and headed down to JJ's for another 4 interviews today. I have now had 24 interviews at this place and still am missing the key pieces for the proposal I am supposed to put together for them.

I left JJ's about 2 hours later than planned, and couldn't visit Mom on the way home. I picked up the kids from school and headed home for the night. Dishes, laundry, and Supreme Courtney's homework were on the agenda. Angel cooked dinner for the kids so I could work on Supreme's "reading" autobiography. Cupcake was at her house tonight because they are going tomorrow to get their hair done together.

Anyway, I'm working on documentation for JJ's. Tomorrow will be another day.

Happy Birthday Kate Lynn & AJ

Today we celebrate not only All Saints Day, but also the 10th birthday of Kate Lynn and AJ. Also Angel's friend, Jen, celebrated her 12th birthday today. After school and work we went to San Remo's for pizza and buffalo wings and came home so the twins could open their presents. Then I am trying to help Supreme Courtney with her homework, but the computer is not cooperating. I keep getting knocked out of email and have been unable to download her assignment. I did, however, get the halloween pictures posted for Erica.

Anyway, it's time to go back to trying to get Supreme's email. So long for now.

Graduation Day

Today, sometime around noon, my father, James Louis Giambalvo, passed away at the age of 72. He leaves behind 7 children, 29 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. I will write more when I can think more clearly.

What we did today

Slow day today. Woke up and picked up Kate Lynn at Uncle Rick's house. Took Kate Lynn, AJ and Peanut to lunch at McDougals. Then we went shopping for a piano tuner tool (unsuccessfully), games for AJ's future GameCube, and some books for me to read this summer. Then I took the three clothes shopping (since all their clothes were left at Cooey's house, where they've been spending the weekdays). Then we went out to dinner at China Pagoda Halal Buffet (used to be Rt 22 Buffet, and Max Buffet before that) and ran into Uncle Paul and his family with my niece Elise in from Illinois; as well as the kid that lives across the street. I hadn't seen him up close in over a year and didn't recognize him.

Then we came home so I could write this and get to bed. Too many long hours this week. One more day of work at J&J on Tuesday and then off to freelance land again for the forseeable future.
